    Dear Paul,

    I used to be infatuated with word clouds, but they have become so ubiquitous (thanks to applications like Wordle) that they also have become very cliché. Why not riff on the ‘crux of the biscuit’ – the apostrophe? You know, it ain’t, and it won’t – the apostrophe as a visual metaphor for AND – like Frank Zappa and the ‘ND or something.
